HALEYVILLE, AL — Former President Donald J. Trump has endorsed Congressman Robert Aderholt (AL-04) for reelection.

President Trump released this statement regarding his endorsement of Congressman Aderholt: 

“Congressman Robert Aderholt is doing a fantastic job representing the people of Alabama’s 4th Congressional District.

“Robert is an America First Conservative who is working hard to Secure our Borders, Strengthen our Military, Stop the Weaponization of Justice, Expand Rural Broadband, and Bring Manufacturing Back to the Great State of Alabama.

“Robert Aderholt has my Complete and Total Endorsement!” – President Donald J. Trump

Congressman Aderholt issued this statement in response to Trump’s endorsement:

“I am honored to have the endorsement of President Donald J. Trump. During his Presidency, Donald Trump and I worked together to put the American people, and their interests, first in everything we did. He saw firsthand that I am always fighting for the people of the 4thDistrict and the people of Alabama. Trump’s words send a clear message that he knows I will continue to fight for the things we both believe in and the things the people of the 4th District believe in.”

Aderholt had earlier this year endorsed President Trump for re-election.

Haleyville, ALA. Congressman Robert Aderholt qualified Monday with the Alabama Republican Party to seek another term in office to continue to serve the people of Alabama’s 4th Congressional District.

“Our nation is at a crossroads and this next election will determine which path we take,” said Congressman Aderholt. “If we choose to go down the same path Joe Biden and the Democrats have us on, then this nation will continue to be on a downward spiral. 

“Our debilitating national debt will only rise, the tide of illegals pouring over the southern border will become a tsunami, woke culture will replace real education in our schools, the two-tiered justice system will march on unchecked, and America will continue to look weak and feeble to both our friends and our adversaries alike.

“Since Republicans took control of the House of Representatives last year, we have been pushing back on these liberal, woke policies. And even though the mainstream media doesn’t report it, we have had many legislative wins. 

“Democrats and their allies have tried almost every trick to keep the status quo. Most of them seem unconcerned with open borders, woke culture, and spending money we don’t have. Furthermore, they embrace using the judicial system to punish their political enemies like President Trump.

“I’m confident a Republican can win back the White House next year. And that’s why the House of Representatives needs to stay in Republican control and why we need experienced leadership ready to tackle our nation’s problems on day one. This is not the time for on-the-job training.

“While I will continue to fight for Alabama every day in Washington, one of my priorities will remain helping every person in the 4th District navigate the red tape of the federal bureaucracy. It’s why I’ve made sure our constituent services are second to none. People know when they call my office with a problem, whether it be VA benefits, Social Security problems or any other federal issue, my office will move heaven and earth to address their needs.

Haleyville, Ala. — Today, Congressman Robert Aderholt, (Republican AL-04) released the following statement to announce the hiring of Alex Vanderford as his new campaign manager to organize his 2020 re-election campaign.

“I am excited to announce that Alex Vanderford will be joining our team. Alex has a wealth of campaign experience and he shares my vision of reigniting the economy after this pandemic, bringing jobs back from China to America, expanding broadband to all rural areas, and protecting the unborn. I know Alex will work tirelessly to show the voters how much progress we’ve made, but also how we can make even more progress in the future.

This is a pivotal election. Speaker Pelosi wants to consolidate her control of Congress and defeat President Trump. I will be working closely with the President to make sure that doesn’t happen.

I take pride in the fact that President Trump received a higher percentage of the vote in the 4th Congressional District than any congressional district in the nation. During the past four years, I have formed a personal relationship with President Trump, and we have fought side by side for rural America. “

Alex Vanderford most recently worked as the North Alabama field director for the Bradley Byrne Senate Campaign. He also worked as the Grassroots Coordinator/Coalitions Director for Marsha Blackburn’s senate campaign in Tennessee.

Alex is a native of Muscle Shoals in Colbert County in the 4th District and is a graduate of Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee.
